1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Harstat, governing your access to and use of harstat.com and all associated educational services. By registering or using our services, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age.

3. User Accounts

To access our programs, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Not share your account with any other person
Not create multiple accounts for the same individual

4. Enrollment & Payment

Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day full refund from the date of purchase, provided that:

6. Course Content & Access

Upon enrollment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes during the access period. We reserve the right to update course content at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Harstat platform — including video lessons, written materials, graphics, logos, and course designs — is the exclusive property of Harstat, protected by Canadian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our platform to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Share account credentials or resell access to others
Record, download, or redistribute course videos without authorization
Post harmful, offensive, or misleading content
Attempt to hack or gain unauthorized access to our systems
Use automated tools or bots to scrape our platform

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Harstat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Harstat in the 12 months preceding the claim. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you have violated these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@harstat.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund outside the refund policy in Section 5.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
